- Meet in the lobby at 11:15 AM — not 11:30 AM. We need everyone in place before the photo starts.
- Wear your Navy Blue, Gold, Cream, or White attire — these colors create a stunning unified portrait.
- Avoid busy patterns or logos — solid colors photograph best for group shots.
- Make sure the little ones are fed and rested before 11:15 AM — happy kids make the best photos!
- Bring a small comb or mirror for last-minute touch-ups — you'll want to look your best.
- Silence your phone before the photo — we want everyone focused and smiling!
